Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy

Return Request

All return requests must be sent to contact@mazalet.com, stating the order number, the product concerned, and the reason for the request. MAZALET will then provide the return procedure.

Right of Withdrawal

Unless legally exempted, the consumer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Product Condition

The product must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, without signs of use, with its labels, any accessories, and original packaging.

Excluded Products

Personalized, custom-made, altered, adapted, or specially manufactured products according to customer specifications cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, except in the case of a legally recognized defect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within fifteen days of receipt, subject to availability and compliance with return conditions.

Refunds

After receiving and checking the returned product, MAZALET will process the refund using the original payment method or a method agreed upon with the customer, within the deadlines provided by applicable regulations.
