Delivery Zones

MAZALET offers delivery in France and internationally. Available destinations may change depending on carriers, customs constraints, or restrictions applicable to certain countries.

Carriers

The carrier is selected based on the destination, weight, volume, package value, and available services. Carriers may include DHL, Chronopost, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, or any other suitable carrier.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated when the order is confirmed. They depend notably on the delivery country, package weight and volume, carrier, chosen options, and any applicable international fees.

Lead Times

Lead times are indicative. During pre-order periods, manufacturing begins after the announced period. Outside of pre-orders, the usual lead time is estimated at approximately fifteen days, depending on product availability and the carrier.

Customs and Taxes

For international deliveries, the customer may be liable for taxes, customs duties, or import fees. These fees are not dependent on MAZALET and remain the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated when ordering.
