Yes. All MAZALET pieces are entirely made in France, in Paris, with artisanal craftsmanship.

We exclusively favor natural materials sourced from French and European suppliers recognized for their quality.
Are the clothes unisex? +
Yes. The entire MAZALET collection is designed as a unisex collection. Each piece is designed to be worn freely, regardless of gender.

Are products made after the order is placed? +
During the pre-order period, yes.

Production begins at the end of the pre-order period in order to produce only the necessary quantities and limit waste.

Outside of pre-order periods, lead times return to normal.
Why is there a pre-order period? +
This launch offer allows you to discover the collection at an exceptional discount while allowing time to manufacture each piece under the best conditions.

This approach reflects our commitment to responsible production.
What are the delivery times? +
During pre-orders, lead times are longer since pieces are made after the pre-order period closes.

Outside of this period, the average lead time is around fifteen days.
Can I return or get a refund for an item? +
Yes.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with its original tag and packaging.
