Long before unisex became a widely discussed topic in fashion, one question kept coming up: why continue to separate collections between men and women when, in daily life, everyone already freely appropriates the clothes that suit them, according to their own style?
This reflection became the starting point for MAZALET.
Not to eliminate differences, but to bring them together.

The name MAZALET was born from several converging stories.
The "MAZ" pays tribute to the creator's maternal roots, while the ending "ET" echoes the phonetic end of his paternal name.
The name also evokes "Mazal", a word associated with luck in several cultures, as well as the old Provençal word "mazet", sometimes pronounced "mazalé", which referred to a small shed or workshop located at the back of gardens, a place where objects were created, repaired, and shaped by hand.
This image naturally reflects MAZALET's identity: a house that prioritizes craftsmanship, manual work, and human-scale manufacturing, far from industrial logic.
The logo extends this philosophy.
At first glance, it forms a stylized M. But everyone can see in it a symbol of balance, a reminder of yin and yang, a flower, an infinity sign, or even a good luck charm.
Nothing is imposed. Everyone is free to see their own interpretation.
One of its elements is deliberately detached from the rest of the symbol. It does not touch the M. Yet, if it is removed, the whole loses its balance: the symbol is no longer complete, the proportions are broken, and harmony disappears.
This part, different but indispensable, illustrates the conviction that guides MAZALET:
differences do not distance us, they complete us.
All pieces are entirely made in France, in Paris, from materials composed solely of natural fibers, selected from European suppliers, mainly in France, Italy, Portugal, and the United Kingdom.
The development of the first collection required many months of research, particularly to find the materials that perfectly matched the house's vision.
Some prototypes were revised, modified, or entirely recreated until the desired level of excellence was achieved.
At MAZALET, a creation is never considered finished until it fully conveys the emotion imagined at its origin.
Today, this same demanding standard continues to guide each of our creations.
MAZALET offers high-end fashion, entirely made in France, designed for everyday wear, where quality, natural materials, creativity, and diversity meet without compromise.
From its creation, the brand was registered at the European level.
This choice naturally reflects the desire to make MAZALET shine beyond French borders.
While each piece is designed and manufactured in Paris, the house's vision is decidedly international.
